Accommodation
Bed&Breakfast Jansbeek is on the second floor of a classic residence on the Jacob Cremerstraat 13 in Arnhem. The house was built at the end of the 19th century, around 1890. Visitors share the stairwell with the residents of the house, the Janssen family. Heleen Janssen is your hostess.
B&B Jansbeek is located centrally, at walking distance to Arnhem Central Railway Station, the city centre and Sonsbeekpark. By car you can reach the motorway in just five minutes. If you prefer to go by bike: there are several bicycle routes mapped by the Royal Dutch Touring Club (ANWB). A bus stops in front of our doorstep to take you to the Open Air Museum or to the Burgers’ Zoo.
You will be staying on the second floor of a renovated house, where you will have a spacious living room/bedroom with Hästens box spring beds (single and/or double beds). In your room you will have a television set, DVD-player, internet access, two comfortable lounge chairs, dinner table and chairs, a chest of drawers, wardrobe, refrigerator, water boiler and wash basin. Each room has its own toilet and shower. All rooms are fully air-conditioned.
At Bed & Breakfast Jansbeek, we want to give you a real breakfast experience. With local products, we serve different breakfasts every day. Heleen prepares your breakfast with simple products, but just a little different from what you are used to at home. It is your holiday after all, so we want to surprise you with breakfast made with love and attention. We are happy to inform you about the origin of the local products used to make your breakfast. For example, we get our dairy products from dairy farm IJsseloord, the marmelades are made by friends, we buy our cheese at a specialised cheese shop and our bread mix used by Heleen to make her own bread is from wind mill De Hoop in Oud-Zevenaar. If you have any special wishes or if you are on a special diet, just let us know. Wheat-free, gluten-free, lactose-free or anything else, we adjust your breakfast to your needs – just ask!
